Rental Fees and Deposits

Application Fee: $50 per person for credit check and application for unfurnished long term rentals.

Occupancy: Standard occupancy is 2 people, each additional person is $100 per month.

Processing Fee: $250 for each lease generated.

Roll-over processing fee for Lease Renewals $100

Changing date of arrival for short term leases will result in an additional $100 processing fee.

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: Ranges from $185 – $295 depending on the size and type of the rental. Used for professional cleaning upon exit from rental property.

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $275 per pet for approved pets in the home. Used for additional cleaning only.

Lock Out Fee: If Tenant is locked out of the property a $75 lockout charge will be assessed for Landlord to let Tenant back in to the property.

Lost or Missing Keys: There will be a $50 charge per key for lost or missing keys at the end of the lease.

Travel Insurance (OPTIONAL): 9.7% of Rent amount, due within 21 days of signing vacation/short term rental lease.

Security Deposits: Fully refundable pending there are no damages and all rent and fees are paid.

Vacation/Furnished Rentals:

$350 For villas and Resort Homes

$550 for Townhouses

$750 for Stand alone Homes.

Long term/Unfurnished Rentals:

1 and 1/2 times the Rental amount

Utility Bills/Service Contract Payments: For homeowners who elect to have Green Valley Rentals pay the utility bills/HOA Dues/Service Contracts or similar there will be a $2 processing fee per utility bill
